Unproffessional

On the 7/01/2015 I was involved in a car accident. 3 cars were involved including my one. My claim was settled but the access was not paid back to me. I received phone calls from 2 insurance companies representing the other 2 cars wanting clarity of what happened. I complained telling them that I already forwarded all info to Myway and that they must contat them for the info. I pay my insurance religiously and was expecting myway to back me up but nooo!!! they said I should comply. I ended up doing as told by Portia Hlatswayo from Myway. This was on the 15/04/15. On the 5/5/15 I sent a follow up mail to enquire how far is the claim and till date no response and I'm told that someone took over the matter and was suppose to contact me. The reason I pay insurance is for my legal issues to be dealt with and I don't understand why it takes more than 8 months to claim my access from a third party who bumped me from behind? Photos re there to prove it. Its not fair and If this is not resolved urgently im going to cancel this insurance...
