Unprofessional service from Miway watsapp chat consultant!
I called to reinstate my policy. I clearly said to the rude lady that my car is freehold etc and she freehold me an exorbitant premium. I said to her that's ridiculous ill take my business elsewhere she responded with 'ok'. Please tell me, since when did you people become so unprofessional???
The watsapp chat is completely USELESS!
Her name is 'Phumla Mxakatho: okay.'
