Unprofessional indifference

After 12 months with MiWay, I was hijacked and abducted for a few hours while the ******* drove me around trying to syphon my bank accounts. After the ordeal, the insurance process followed and trauma counselling scheduled. Whilst the individual claims agents were superb, Head Office decided that I was too much of a burden to them and cancelled my policy! This was while we will still trying to assess the vehicle damage and before any trauma counselling. This level of insensitivity and indifference beggars belief. I'm still traumatised and have to look for a new insurer whilst too afraid to leave my home.
