Unprofessional

Extremely disappointing service received from Ronny Gololo and Buhle Khoza, I submitted a claim and I was told that I'll receive a link to send pictures of the damaged vehicle, till to this day no link was sent, 2 days before the claim closing date, I received an email asking me to send pictures to a different person of which I did, the following day I received an email saying that my claim was rejected due to non submission of the pictures, sent multiple emails trying to understand where I went wrong but they are just ignoring my emails.
