Unprofessional

I am really disgusted by miway. I took out a life insurance policy and paying almost 9months on it. Then I get mails stating that they going to cancel this policy. I then phoned miway to find out what is the problem and then I was told that I did not give them the correct information for the policy and this is the reason they are cancelling the policy. I requested numerous times for a manager or someone higher up to contact me but till today no one has contacted me with an proper or true explanation. Yesterday I contacted miway for an quote for my car and I was told that they cannot help me in future as I was declined for the policy. So my name and reputation is being dragged thru the mud and I cannot get insurance as this is a question all insurenses ask. What I cannot understand is that I did not get an explanation as to why the policy was cancelled. I'm appealing to Miway to make contact with me so I can understand what I did wrong.
