Unprofessional

In 2021, Dube Autobody (Pty) Ltd was approved by MiWay for an accident claim that required replacement of front parts including the AIRCON CONDENSOR. However, upon receiving the car back, it was blowing out glass, and was returned to the workshop but the issue persisted. In 2023, after using the car more frequently, i took the car to a specialist to get the air conditioning fixed and found out that the condenser was never changed. Additionally, the car suddenly lost fluid and overheated due to a broken pipe that was never replaced by Dube Autobody. Moreover, the workshop did not put clippers in the boot to hold wires and engine parts.
