Unpaid/unsettled MiWay 3rd party claim

Worst service ever. My brother in law was involved in an accident on the13th July 2020. MiWay client caused the accident my husband Rebone Ramatlo followed due processes for the claim as the car is in his name to date they have not settled the claim. On the 18th of September 2020 my husband received a email from the Rivashen Pillay MiWay Legal Advisor:Business Insurance Liabilities informing him that the claim will be settled within 5 working days today it's the 17 October 2020 we are still waiting for the claim to be settled.
