UNPAID IREFER VOUCHER

I referred my husband to MIWAY in September and received an email that I will get an irefer voucher worth R700 once his 1st debit order is paid and he will get R300. It's November now and I haven't received any feedback from you. I sent a callback request regarding this issue no one got back to me ,called the contact center and I was promised to be called back after an escalation yet nothing. Whenever you need client's to join you are quick to respond however when we have queries we do not get attended to. I am disappointed in the service yet you advertise this yet you do not meet you end of the bargain
