Unknown deduction

I called miway in order to find out what is going on. After i found out they are deducting R588.16 from my account and i newer had an account with miway. They gave me a reff no: called back and the line cut of and never heard from them again. This month they deducted my account again. It started 3 to four months Ago. Reff no: ***. Just received an sms that they just deducted the money again. Ot started in the month af October 2015. The operator confirmed that there is no account in my name. Even went to Absa bank to stop the debid order but it continues to happen.
