Unhappy with premium and excess on my policy

I was unhappy with my premium and excess payable and wanted to cancel the insurance and move to another insurer. I spoke to a consultant who transferred the call to Ntokozo as a senior adviser. He listened to my complaints and concerns and told me not to make drastic decisions without looking at other alternative measures. He then reworked my policy to meet my needs and I am happy for the efforts he made and the advice offered.
