Unhappy With Miway , They Never Settled My Vehicle In Full!

The journey with Miway has been quite a ride. Last year November my mother got into a car accident. Her car was then written off by Miway , miway then communicated with standard bank who is responsible for the financing of her car asking for the settlement letter. This is where all the going back and forth began. Miway then paid standard but they did not pay the full amount and all of a sudden they are claiming that there is no shortfall cover which is something she's hearing for the first time because she knows herself to have a shortfall cover for her vehicle. Miway is refusing to present her with all the recorded calls to state that indeed she said no to a shortfall cover. The bank has been debiting my mother's account , the same installment as the car that was written off making it difficult for her to pay for her new car. The journey with Miway has been distateful , the failed to settle her car in full , leaving her with more issues with the bank. Please don't go for Miway, they'll take you from pillar to post. I've now also taken this issue to ombudsman who is investigating this issue.
