Unhappy with MiWay insurance

I just recieved a sms from MiWay that I need to send pictures of my vehicle to complete inspection. On 2019/01/10 I bought the said vehicle after informing MiWay that I bought this vehicle they then said a inspection must be done to complete insurance. I downloaded the MiWay app on my phone and completed the inspection with pics as per inspection. I was then informed inspection was complete vehicle is now fully insured. About 60min ago I recieved a sms from MiWay that I need to send them pictures of my vehicle to complete the inspection. Now I ask you i drove the vehicle from western cape to Durban being under impression that my vehicles was insured. If I had a accident and wrote my vehicle of they would have said so sorry but vehicle is not insured. This is so annoying really and I even wrote a review stating the so is so easy and painless to use and now this. REALLY!!!
