Unhappy with Miway

My car broke down about 80 kilometres from home. I called for roadside assistance to tow the car to the repair centre which is 75 kilometres from where I was and was told they only cover for 40km roundtrip. Their definition of a roundtrip is the 20 kilometres of where the tow truck is coming and the remaining 20 to take my car to the nearest police station or filling station (what would my car be doing at the police station or filling station???) With Miway roadside assistance, you are only allowed to get stuck not more than 20 kilometers from your home, anything above that is on you, something that's not even in their policy document. I was told the assistance is dependent on the consultant's discretion. I spoke to 4 of their consultants, no compassion or proper knowledge of what they are offering, coupled with lack of respect from some of them. As a woman living in South Africa, a reliable roadside assistance is important to me. I AM DEFINITELY LEAVING MIWAY.
