Unhappy with miway

I canceled my car insurance sometime last year due to I couldn't afford because I lost my job, miway created a new insurance where I paid less which I was happy with, in February I canceled the insurance because I am now struggling to pay Diego helped me then but the insurance was not terminated I am still paying, in the beginning of this month I phoned again I was told the insurance was not canceled and I asked them to cancel it for me Boledi said I was going to be called back I am still waiting for the call and guess what today they deducted again and I told Boledi I'm struggling and I can not afford and you guys keep on taking from a little that my husband is putting on my account what must I do now please help
