Unhappy with Mi Way

I was almost over the moon with Mi Way insurance, when they paid out my accident claim without any hassles. But got disappointed when they promised to pay me out for the car rental when my car was in for repairs. I had to use my own money for travelling, even though my cover includes a rental. They made me sign a disclaimer form, promised to pay, but 'till today there's no feedback, and that's about a week now.
