Unhappy with empty promises

Unhappy with empty promises. You advertise that if you refer someone and they sign up with MIWAY you receive a voucher. First time My Husband referred me, he did not get a voucher, which I could understand as he did not provide my details, I called in. I referred a colleague, following all the correct steps advised by an agent, and she signed up with MIWAY, i had to follow up to find out about voucher, and now coming up with excuses not to pay the voucher, so seems like its just empty promises and makes me second guess whether I can trust that if something were to happen with my vehicle I can trust Miway not to find a loophole. I will be moving to a different insurer as I am not willing to take a chance.
