Unhappy treatment after accident with Miway insurance

I had an accident with my car on Saturday the 8th June, the municipality Traffic officer offered to move the vehicle to their store yard while I contact my insurance, I ensured that I contact the first thing on Monday for a pick up yesterday at 17:00 I received a call back from a towing company in Johannesburg while there’s lots of towing companies in Middelburg Mpumalanga informing me that they are coming to take my car to Johannesburg for inspection, which I refused, I then called Miway back to query about this Miway told me that their towing team will be back to work today at 8am to make new arrangements, my concern was what would have happened if my car was not moved by the municipality department in Middelburg, which this what they always do these insurances, I’m not happy at all, they take out money and never give best services
