Unhappy service from Miway

Horrible service from what I thought was a fantastic service provider

2 weeks ago I was involved in an accident which was totally not my fault. From day 1 I have had to run from pillar to post as they are totally dragging their feet

Over and above that the claims department are now telling me that the my credit short fall which I had in place actually doesn't cover the entire shortfall. I would like them to tell me why in world would I take a my credit short fall if it doesn't actually cover the shortfall

I believe that this amounts to false advertising as when they offered me the service they told me that it would cover any short fall that may arise in the event my vehicle was a write off

Would not recommend anyone to deal with this company and will not be dealing with them in future if this is how they do things
