Unhappy customer

Good morning I'm having a problem with the I had a claim with myway insurance for my vehicle which I had an accident and they had approved the claim of which my car is at VDS where they started the repair process and they have been giving me updates now last week the repairer who's responsible for my car had other notes send back to the insurance that need to pay for suddenly myway insurance refuses to pay and they saying my car it's a write off. Now my question is how come my car it's been approved for repairs and they had already started they only waiting for parts they ordered to finish off the car now the insurance is claiming that it's a write off, while the car it's movable and it didn't come out the airbags,water and oil . The accessor also assessed the car and said it's repairable.
