unhappy client. with previous service

Nompumelelo was very helpful in sorting out a problem that i have had for going on two weeks, i did not received my policy or confirmation of cover.yet miway debited my account... with endless back and forth with my way . nompumelelo managed to find the problem with incorrect email address they had on the system. after being very upset and not happy with the service i have been received from miway as a new client . if nompumelelo did not help me i would have cancelled my policy.
