Unhappy client

I'm not happy with the service of this insurance, they are only good in promises but never deliver, my car was involved in an accident and guess what their accessor only approved the external parts of the car to be fixed, they did not care to check the ingene or the gear box now my car has a funny sound and they saying it has been like that, I've never claimed before or missed a payment in this insurance but that's how they repaye
