Unhappy 3rd party

About 2 months ago, I had a bumper bashing with another lady, all was fine I paid my excess she got the 2 quotes, and they they are only willing to around R2k and that is it, by excess was R5000, my damages where around R4k+-.

Myself and 3rd party as well as panel beaters have been on constant contact with no help from Miway to resolve this issue. 3rd party needs her car for work purposes and is now costing her uber which is costly, i am having ABSOLUTLEY no luck in getting her car fixed and no one even bothers to try resolve this issue with them.

All I get is emails saying assessor needs this and that, which they have received already from beginning of claim, 3rd party is complaining daily now, and has requested we pay for the damages, which I think is absolutely ridiculous, as i am insured with you. This issue needs to be rectified immediately, Claim number is as follows C***.
