Unfortunately MiWay itself has not been kind

Unfortunately MiWay itself has not been kind. I have been there over 8 years and only very recently claimed for the first time. The access was higher than the amount they paid! It was horrible. Fortunately Miss Lerato at MiWay helped me in a professional and kind way to cancel my policy without bashing me or nagging me to stay. She simply once asked the reason, stated she understood AND THEN even apologized on behalf of MiWay too. I appreciate that so much. She was most definitely very efficient, kind and well organized.
