Unfortunately I have to cancel my cover with the insurer, but the lady who assisted me, Pontsho Hlophe was nothing but amazing. She made sure I understand everything. She always made asked if I had questions, and the inbetween little conversations that we had were really refreshing for someone I had never spoken to before. If someone listened to our conversation, they'd think Pontsho and I have been friends for ever. She also made sure that when I need to go back to MiWay as an insurer, I have a profile that is kept open and I don't need to start a new profile afresh.
