Unfairly treated by Miway

Claim ref: c ********** ********** 51 I am very disappointed with Miway. I am a loyal customer for years and this is how I am treated. My claim was denied unfairly and I disputed the outcome. Their disputes department promised to get back to me in 14 day and it is three weeks later. The basis of my claim not being paid out was really not fair either. Please can my claim be re-looked at and a proper decision should be made.
