Unfair treatment on vehicle claim

I have motor vehicle insurance with this company. In the consultation I was told to pay extra money on my premium, to avoid to pay access money. Now that I lodged a claim the insurance said that I have to pay access on the claim. Th service provider also informed me that they must order alternative parts to repair the vehicle. The service provider is not eager to do it, because the alternative parts are cheaper that the genuine parts.

I want MiWay Insurance to repair my vehicle with the genuine parts as recommended by the service provider. I don't want to pay extra money on the claim as agreed initially when I went into the contract with this insurance company.
