Unfair treatment on 3rd party

Good day

I had an accident last month, where the Miway insured learner driver bumped my car on the back bumper on a highway traffic. I was driving on a normal speed on the fast lane and when i slacked because of the slow moving traffic, she didn't brake and hit my car.

She agreed that her insurance is going to pay for my and Miway requested me to take my car for 2 different panel beaters and their assessor came to assesses my car and after few days one lady from their legal team send me email stating that can't pay me because client she is saying am the one who's wrong I changed the lane without indicating and that is not true events of the accident.

Please advise if you can help me .
