Unfair treatment, bad service and rude personell

On Friday morning, I made a mistake by asking for advice from my insurance regarding water leaking from my car. I'm an essential worker , a single mother who's clueless about cars, hence I made sure I'm always covered , even with courtesy car,and I made it a point I don't miss any payments in fear of finding myself stranded for transportation. The person I spoke told me that I might have hit a pothole and the only way to find out is to open a claim, send a tow truck and take my car for assessment since driving it might cause more damage. I trusted him because it's his expertise and I'm clueless about such things, my only worry was since it's loçkdown and I work abnormal shifts because of this pandemic, there's no taxis how am I going to get to work. I requested the courtesy knowing that I pay for it . They said I must send proof ,I send them my permits that I'm indeed a health care worker. They arranged a car from Avis. I didn't mind paying R2000 because I really need a car. However I kept pushing them and insisted again and again that I need to have my car assessed because I only wanted advise. Finally yesterday MORNING some guy called me and said judging by the photos they sent him , it's not an accident but a mechanical problem ,I also requested advise from him and he also stated that my car is not drivable but he can only advice further after a physical inspection, however I should expect a call from someone from the claims department to explain what must be done. I waited the whole day for that call ,nothing. This morning I received a call from Kedibone claiming that I should call Avis and pay them out of own pocket because it's not an accident, and the more the car is with me the more the bill. I kept interrupting her that I only wanted advise but I was rudely told I should have read my contract. The only sin I committed was asking for advice from my insurance, which I never fail to pay. Now I'm stick , with a broken car which I have to fix my self , a bill from Avis , might get blacklisted cos I don't have that cash, no transportation to work as an essential worker and it's loçkdown. I regret ever leaving budget insurance for miway, I'm still waiting for them even now to call me and the bill from Avis keeps getting high . Miway ruined my life and I wouldn't advise anyone else to use them
