Unfair rejection of my claim by an arrogant assess

I was involved in an accident on the 16 of June 2015 and I was appointed an arrogant assessor Terry Terblanche whose primary intention was to trick me into not making a claim. Never in my life have I felt so insulted as to suggest that I caused my own accident and he told me first day we met that he's going to reject my claim the email was just a confirmation. He even threatened me that if I don't withdraw my claim I'm liable for the investigation cost and storage of my car. He was so very rude asked me irrelevant questions, yelling at me I was so uncomfortable he even suggested that I was not at the scene at the time of accident which is a lie.<br> <br> I then registered my dissatisfaction with dispute which was handled by Palesa Mashilwane.<br> <br> She rejected my claim too on the reasons I even don't know, reasons supp**** there are not true and I was not given a chance to respond to such reasons.<br> <br> I'm really not happy in the manner you treat your customers, for the record I'm going further with the claim you are going to pay for this claim. I've paid my premiums in time not in a single day had I skipped payment but when you have to pay my claim it's lot of stories now.<br>
