Unfair Practice -Pure trickery-

I was a with another insurer, when Miway lured me over, The premium they offered was affordable suited my car needs , I have committed in paying my monthly premiums successfully every month thereafter, i had an incident where someone bumped my car the parking of the Mall ,r whilst i was shopping , i logged the claim that same day (Saturday)online, a consultant called only Monday, After submitting all their required documents they declined my claim, saying my car must be written off in order to qualify for claim to be approved, I logged a formal complaint, i am taking this matter further. Miway is trying to gain from committed loyal Clients, PURE DISHONESTY, I am not going to let them do this to me , I am planning on going legal .
