Unfair denial of claim with no substantial reason.

After a lengthy period of waiting for a final outcome after Miway consultants requested documentation from me as a 3rd party claiment whose parked car in a parking bay was hit on the rear left passenger door towards the front passenger door by a Miway client who was parked behind my car. Scenario: Miway client's car attempted to pull out from a parking bay driven by Miway's client's partner while Miway's client was seated in the front passenger seat. Their car got hit by a mini Cooper that was approaching from behind them. Driver of Miway's client's car did not see the mini Cooper's distance before pulling out of parking bay as a result, the mini Cooper couldn't avoid collision thus hitting their car on the left front fender side and their car collided against my parked car damaging the rear left passenger door denting the mid frame thus severing the front passenger door. The back of my car is intact with no tail damages. On the final step of Miway having to release funds, they spoke to their client who alleged that they were not pulling out of the parking bay but parked skew behind my car and they were hit by the mini Cooper and thus hit my car's rear door and midline of my car on the left side. Miway therefore declined taking liability in light of what their client said. How is it possible for a car to be hit from behind another car and jump out from parking leaving no marks at the back of the car infront and only hit it on the left rear door towards the middle of the car frame especially when the engine was off and parked as they allege, which is contradictory to the initial police report information they gave to the traffic officer at the accident scene. This means that Miway investigators only believe what their client says disregarding the evidence in a form of images of the accident scene. Zanele Tiba has been assigned to my claim and has communicated denial of claim with no substantial reason for this. I am frustrated at this service rendering just because I am a 3rd party claimant, I feel violated and human rights suppressed.
