Unfair Decission made towards a valid claim

I had a accident on the 25 Dec 2025, where a Myway client bumped my car. the guy did not stop at a stop sign where i had right of way. His reason was " its the holidays and he thought the roads are not busy". I submitted a claim with Miway insurance, claiming as third party. And my claim was not approved with reasons that they payed out their client a lot of money since his car was a written off. Which i dont understand. And no clear reason was stated on the response email, i was only sent calculations regarding their client's pay out. Their client was negligent not to obey the road signs, now my car is stuck with no repairs. i think Myway insurance takes advantage of the vulnerable.
