Unfair conclusion

I was bumped from behind by Miway client ,on the 30th of October 2024. Kept on following up till 9th of January 2025 . That’s when I got a response from Miway to say they are not going to fix the car based to what their client said. “ client says TP a learner driver with an L sign on the back of vehicle, overtook him and suddenly stopped in front of him - client had no space or time to react and hit the rear of TP vehicle -advised client of liability excess” What happened is miyway client was driving behind Me ,when I looked in the rearview mirror, client was busy looking for something in his car, I notified the client by hooting . the next thing I was bumped from behind. I had go look for quote and submitted all documents required with incident picture. Filed a police report. The Miway client **** and I feel like Miway ruled on their client statement not on the evidence provided . Kindly assist as am disappointed and lost for hope in this matter. Where do I get 70 grand to fix my newly car
