unfair claim results and slow process
My car was involved in an accident on 5th August 2015, claim was registered same day The car was assessed to be a write-off Nkele handled the claim but due to her limited communication and unavailability every time i needed to find out info about the progress of my substitution claim i also dealt with a guy named Sandile I finally received the substitute car Monday, 14th September 2015 and the car had no Smash and Grab neither did it have the central locking system that the initial car had (both Grand i10 2015) I inquired about the Smash and Grab Nkele's manager said i need to pay for it myself because i had not informed them that i had smash and grab meanwhile i had spoken to Sandile about it and he assured me that the assessment will show this i need not worry, Manager confirmed that the assessment shows it but they will still not pay for it, same app**** to the central locking Ive been shortchanged cause MiWay assessment SAID that i DID have those components and it also appears on the invoice with the bank (MFC) whom both MiWay and their preferred dealer was working on I had emailed Nkele my dealers contact details whom they refused to work with but instead cancelled my policy
