Unfair Claim Rejection (Miway is taking black people for a ride)

On the 16/16/2017 on Wemmer Pen road I had an accident on the way to town to pick up my girlfriend, airbags deployed but thankfully I had a broken leg and 4 fractured ribs. When I got out of the hospital the assessor came to see me at home, and said I must tell him what I did that Sunday from the morning until the accident, I did tell him everything gave him the contacts of people I was with that day and they confirmed what I told him. The following week I was ask if I could go to the accident scene and I went, when I got there I met Andrew Fogwill the guy did not even great me and when he come to ask me questions I could tell the guy was disgusted by me. He ask me the same questions that I was ask by the first guy and I gave him the same answers I gave the first guy, not that he did not have answers already but hoping I was going to change my answers, when he noticed that what I told him was the same as the first guy he started to try and get me to change my story by saying'' tell the truth I can help you'', I f%^$ smiled at the guy. I told him the speed I was travelling with was between 80-110km/h and that they were trying to hijack me and he come with his eish of what I should have done, I guess he was not told that we don't think the same cause if we did I guess we will be resist like the guy who said black people should not be paid their claims. let’s be honest miway is taking black people for a ride and every black person that had car insurance with miway most are complaining about their claim being rejected with no reason. On my rejection letter it said I was being dishonest and does not say what am being dishonest about, I guess that is how they rip us off cause they know most people don't know what to do when told they dishonest. To make things worse not sure if they lost my car engine or they destroy it so that we could not get any info on the computer box. After asking the dispute department how am suppose to dispute the claim if I don't know what am dishonest about they send me a report saying I was doing 164km\h not sure how they got that.
