Unfair claim rejection by MiWay

Unfair claim rejection by MiWay .I have had the worst experience with Miway . My Nephew was driving my car straight on the middle lane of the road to wards highway and collided with a car the was crossing the road from his right side that didnt stop on the stop sign infront of traffic officers . Miway they only looked at tracker speed that my Nephew was driving was above 60km/h them they reject my claim without looking at the following facts.

1. They didn't have the picture of the other car to check the damage side. 2. They didn't notice that my Nephew was still in shock of the accident as he didnt know that the road has three lanes, 3 They didn't notice that my Nephew didn't understand any English words that he said for an example, line fast lane or kilometer per hour , the interpreter didn't verify with him to make sure that fast lane he was meaning middle lane or " Mothaladi wa mo gare ga tsela" in Sepedi 4. They didn't call the police officer who witnessed the accident . 5. They didn't notice that the other driver put the car vertical to the road on the middle of the road because she was shocked and she didn't stop on the stop sign as she nearly collided with police car on the other side. 6. The other driver was a Lady of 78 years old and she was not driving white colour car which it will be more visible. . 7. They didn't notice that the sun was on "10 to as per analog clock " 8. About the speed limit, the policy says "may not pay my claim" meaning there is an exception if it is not the driver's intention to cause the accident as per attached Tracker records from 2020-08-02 11:51:26
