Unfair and lenghly payout of claim

21 Dec 2015, my dad and I was involved in an accident. Woman drives into the back of us, while we are standing at red traffic light. The 4x4 of course had no damage, but my parents car had a smash on the right hand side. Since said date, we were staggling to get settlement from the insurance, and the settlement value is much less than quotes for reparing work would be. This insurance uses legal jargon to justify their decision but leaves my pensioner parents with no other choice but to take their pathetic settlement. The woman that drove into my dad, should no sympathy either, to speed up the process.<br> The settlement valuation sent by Miway Insurance in this matter leaves a bitter taste in the mouth to the affected 3rd party given the superlative marketing adverts seen by the public in media. True sense of what unfolds in reality versus what is advertised. Shocking to say the least.
