unexplained debit order

My Miway Policy was updated a while ago. Now recently I changed my banking details and now 2 days ago an unexplained debit order went off with the amount of R281.00 I have no knowledge of this and wasnt informed why they did it. Im feeling that Im getting wrongfully billed and ****** of my money
