Yesterday on 1 Sep I received a call from John asking if I would like a quotation. I clearly said I do not want one as I am with a broker and do not want to work with call center after which we ended the call. <br> <br> This morning my private banker called asking if I authorised a credit enquiry on my record with MiWay. I went online and confirmed that MiWay did in fact enquire on my profile without my consent. <br> <br> I phoned Miway and spoke to John, he said he speaks to many people and cannot remember and clearly avoided answering my questions regarding this matter.<br> Thereafter I spoke to Mr Oko Madubela & Mr Philasande Mabowa who referred me another.. <br> <br> I intend to take this matter to FAIS and the NCR. Acting *********ly is outside the scope of FAIS, and outside the rules and regulations of the NCA, enforced by the NCR.<br> <br> Before doing so I would like your explanation for this matter, in writing from senior management and from John or whoever actually did the enquiry. Furthermore I would like to know how you intend to correct your actions and remove your enquiry from my credit profile and also, confirmation that all my details are erased from your system as you cannot be trusted.
