I'm so disappointed about the service I received from Miway. On 12/11/2020 an agent called me and offered me a car insurance lower than my current insurance which was R847. We agreed that the debit order will only run next month on the 20th as it was too late to cancel my current insurance this month. Today when I checked my account Miway has debited me with R1047. 49. This is not the amount we agreed on and they debited me a month earlier. Now I have insured my car with 2 insurance companies. This is very *********. I'm so upset
