This is very unprofessional, we requested i call back from mi way insurance and to our surprise they call us. But as we answer the phone the agent is talking to her colleagues and laughing ridiculously so loud and drops the call.. Then again calls us again maybe 2hrs later and as we answer she explains her name (Nthando) and i say but you called us this morning laughing so loud and hanged up on us. Well she without even saying anything hanged up again... WOW i was surprised so no thanks please remove or details we will go with a different insurer
