Undeserving writting-off

I have been with my way for 5 years without skipping a premium. My car was ****** while I was asleep at night in my apartment, it was later recovered with some components dislodged, I contacted the insurance and they took it in for inspection. All the components dislodged were recovered except for the computer box and the damaged ignition section. The assessment report said the car was repairable however the repair was uneconomical. I tried contacting them but after unprofessionalism and poor communication, I visited their offices for clarity, they kept me waiting for hours with no assistance, the meeting was to try and understand why their quotation had quoted items that were recovered and why they declared them as damaged because the assessor had indicated that they were not damaged. After contacting an independent assessor, he indicated that Miway’s quote had unreasonable/unrealistic prices and this is why the cost of repair was uneconomical. Miway wrote off the car and rejected the economical quotation from a RMI approved technician. I wrote an email to explain to them that I am left with 11 months to pay off the car and why reparing it is an economical reason for me. They failed to give me any alternative option besides writing off the car
