Uncaring and Bad Claim experiance

It has been more than month and half now since I lodged the claim to Miway<br> The Assesor Terry Terblanche demanded that I go show him the accident scene in Carletonville and we agreed that we will meet at 10AM since it was during the week and I had to be at work.<br> I made plans to go to Carletonville and by 10AM I was at the place that he wanted to meet me at, but he arrived 50 minutes later without any apology of why he is late. <br> Terry demanded that I send him a lot of documents and also sign a consent letter which I did by the 30 of April and up until now there is no feedback from him.<br> I am very dis-appointed in Miway as I was paying comprehensive premium for nothing.
