unbereable premiums

I have been a loyal client since February 2013 for my car insurance with only 3 incidents 1. Smash and grab 2. was knocked by a overtaking vehicle 3. I reversed into a street pole, to my profile with the vehicle insured, In all these years I have been a loyal customer I feel I am still paying too much on my premium but every time I call the call center to see if they cannot do a premium adjustment it is always not done I am told different stories the latest stories being I need to re-look at my car hire to get my premium lower, the whole point of me getting a car was for convenience of getting around and I would not want to be out of a car because it would not be easy to commute to work and back, hence I have that, another story was my car value is still high how is my car value still so high if it is only left with 17 months to be paid off, I stand under correction that cars depreciate every month unlike property but funny enough my cars value is very high still today after 4 years driving it and after 4 incidents, I am highly disappointed in my way and at the rate everything is going I am going to be forced to look at another insurer as I am not getting any joy out of all this.

hope this finds you well!

please note I had the agent calling me but is still not barging now the story changes that the previous call center agent never said my car value is a lot, I advised her to go back to the recordings, I am a client and I feel that the reasoning being given is still not applicable I understand I have had claims in the past year, but cannot be paying more likely the same premium I was paying when I first had my vehicle and drivers license. I am now very annoyed with my Miway and I am so ready to pack my car and move over to a insurance that will value my loyalty especially in these trying times where we are paying more on almost everything, if my calculations are right if I am still with Miway and I am involved in any accident or a stone cracks my windscreen that is in the next 2 years I might be paying over a R1000 + because 1.my car value is high 2.taking out an insurance for a vehicle is a risk (so says the call centre agent) so why are we still paying for insurance if it is a risk wouldn't I rather have a savings to debit R500.00 a month? that is my thinking.
