Unbeatable deal with unbeatable service

There was a mistake on my insurance profile which I noticed incidentally when I received an sms from my insurance requesting to view my vehicle. I have been with Miway since I bought my car in 2013, and have previously claimed from them once before, so it was both surprising and disappointing to see an error which could put me in a compromising situation should I be in a terrible accident. After notifying Miway of this mistake, my premiums went up by over R500! I was incredibly disappointed and started looking for other insurance quotes. After receiving excellent service and a great quote from another insurance company, I called Miway to inform them that I would like to terminate my policy with them. Thapelo really listened to my grievances and not only did he reduce my premiums drastically, but the service he gave me was top class. I really felt like a valued customer and he seemed determined to make me happy. He was incredibly apologetic for the error in my documents and has since corrected it. Prior to this incident, I had always loved Miway's service, and Thapelo really vindicated this opinion of them. I got an unbeatable deal with unbeatable service! Thank you, Miway :)
