Unauthorized enquiry about Credit Status
I would like to complain about Miway Insurance making an enquiry about me at TransUnion without my permission. This morning I received a call from one of their consultants offering me a lower premium because of my age. I outrightly told him that I was not interested as I was happy with my current insurer. I later received an email from TransUnion about an insurance company that made an enquiry about me. This is unacceptable as it affects my credit score
