Unauthorized early debit of monthly premium
An unauthorized early debit of the monthly debit order is still unresolved after numerous e-mails over 3 days. Totally unacceptable and irrelevant response / reason given as an excuse to not provide assistance in reversing the unauthorized debit. Most frustrating.
