Unauthorized Debits and ******* transactions

Their sales consultants called me and shared information about their insurance products.

As she spoke she asked for my details, I asked her why did she need my email address and banking details, as I am merely listening to their products and will decide whether I will take Miway insurance.

She informed me that the details are for their systems so that when I do decide to accept their insurance offers my details are already confirmed on the system.

Today I got a notification mo my have been debited from my account without my permission, confirmation or authentication.

This is *******. How do I pay for something g I do t even use, or agreed to. This is injustice to people who work hard for their money just for insurance companies to come and take without proper authentication and agreements.
