Unauthorized Debits

Terrible accounts service from Miwa. My account was debited twice in one month. First debit was an authorized debit (10/11/2022) and the next debit (15/11/2022) was unauthorized. Upon enquiry they said they will pay back but they didnt until I asked my bank to reverse the unauthorized debit. Only for them to send none payment of premiums on 08/12/2022. When called they say I must ignore the text. This is stressing and uncalled for for taking what doeant belong to them. My cara and bikes will be looking for a new insurance cover somewhere else.
