unauthorized debits

i have been with miway since 2009, but currently i am not satisfied with their way of doing things .i have cancelled my policy with them beginning of august online, there was a message on the screen that says a consultant will contact me and they never did. mid august i phoned them to check if its cancelled because the other insurance will be deducting month end august. and i spoke to kagiso senior adviser and kgaogelo retention specialist. i was told the online service cancels ur login details not the policy, but if says "request cancellation of the entire policy". they told me they are still waiting for their managers who are still in a meeting and i never got feedback from them.on the 25th of August they deducted R2755 which is double the premium. and today they have deducted another premium of R1342.
